Filtration

PFE is the only scale worth referencing when it comes to high performance respirators. Our Filters deliver 99% PFE. That's 99% of particles at the 0.1-1 micron range.

Airtight

Leakage is the other key parameter. A mask is only as effective as its fit. Our Mask benefits from a comfortable, airtight seal where the mask contacts the face. Zero leakage.

Breathable

We aim for the lowest resistance possible. New manufacturing techniques make it possible for us to achieve incredible low levels of resistance for a high filtration respirator.

Certification

pending certification

All our Masks are designed, tested, manufactured and certified to UK/EU Standard EN 1827 for Respiratory Protective Devices.

Within this standard there are 3 classifications for the Filters;

P3 = 99.95% PFE
P2 = 94%+ PFE
P1 = 80%+ PFE

Our Filters achieve 99% PFE and are therefore classified as P2 (right at the top end of the P2 range).

The EN 1827 Standard tests high performance medical and industrial masks for a wide range of parameters including Particle Filtration Efficiency (with sodium chloride and paraffin oil), Inward Leakages inhalation/exhalation resistance, CO2, fit-test, fire testing and materials.
